 ANDAMAN TOUR PACKAGE

PACKAGE DESCRIPTION:

ITINERARY FOR 05 NIGHTS & 06 DAYS

Day 1 : Arrival

Land at Port Blair airport, our representative will meet and assist you with your transfer to

check in to Hotel. After some rest, visit the famous Cellular Jail, (entry closes at 1545hrs), an old

colonial prison situated in Port Blair also known as 'Kalapani'. Then visit Corbyn’s Cove Beach,

the coconut-palm fringed beach, six kilometers away from Port Blair town is ideal for swimming

and sun-basking. Later, attend the enthralling Sound & Light Show at Cellular Jail where the

heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive and then drop back to Hotel.

Overnight stay at Port Blair.

Day 2: Port Blair –Ross & North Bay Island

After Breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to North Bay Island (Coral Island) by sharing

boats. The same boat will then take the guest to visit Ross Island. (Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose

Island) that was named after Mr Daniel Ross, a famous marine surveyor. In December 2018, it was

renamed as Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Island. Drop back to Hotel and Over Night stay at Port

Blair.

Day 3: Port Blair - Havelock Island:

After Breakfast, Checkout from Hotel and departure by Private Ferry. On arrival at

Havelock (Swaraj Deep), our team will you and then will be dropped to Hotel. And, proceed to

Beach No. 7 (Radhanagar Beach) rated as the ‘Best Beach in Asia’ by Time Magazine to unwind,

relax and enjoy the pristine white sand beach. Later drop back to the Hotel. Over Night stay at

Havelock.

Day 4: Havelock Island - Neil Island Journey- Sightseeing

Morning after checkout transfer to harbor and as per schedule and availability we start

Onwards journey towards Neil Island- is a small and beautiful island 37 kms to the south of

Andaman Islands. It is blessed with unexplored coral reefs and sandy beaches, tropical forest and

vegetation. Our representative will escort you to the resort and assist you for check in.

We will visit Laxmanpur beach- as it is famous for sunset. Overnight Stay at Neil Island.

Day 5: Neil Island To Port Blair

After Breakfast check out from Hotel/Resort and visit Natural Rock Bridge Formation. We

will visit Bharatpur beach- famous for its nature and beautiful coral reefs and adventurous water

activities. Then return back to Port Blair. Overnight stay at Port Blair.

Day 6: Departure:

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Veer Savarkar International Airport

with wonderful memories of Andaman Islands to your hometown.

1.Insurance Policy ::

1(a) Package does not include any insurance cover.

2. Food Policy:

2(a) Food availability depends on regions and restaurant menu.

2(b) Separation of veg and non veg kitchen may not be possible.

2(c) Our programme does not include Lunch

3.General Policy:

3(a) Honeymoon decoration, monument, temple etc. entry fees are not included.

3(b) Special request like candle light dinner, spa are subjected to extra charge

3(c) Tickets like cruise tickets, airfare, permissions, entry tickets should be applicable to

the all age group children if necessary.

3(d) Everyone must carry passport size photo and valid identity card

3(e) Ac will not work on Hill.

3(f) Trip details may be modified due to climatic disruptions.

3(g) Package price may get modified during the trip due to adjust the emergency situation.

4. Child Policy:

4(a) Child below 2 years are complementary.

4(b) Child between 2 to 10 years are subjected to 50% discount.

4(c) Charges will be levied on the child below 2 years for airfare, cruise tickets, permission,

entry tickets etc. if necessary.

5. HOTEL POLICY:

5(a) Specified hotels are subjected to availability at the time of booking.

5(b) In case of non-availability of specified hotels other similar hotels will be arranged.

5(c) early check in and late check out depends upon availability of rooms. Even In case of

availability, hotelier may charge extra amount for early check in and late check out. The

amount you can directly pay to the hotelier.

5(d) Hotelier will allow check in with proper Government id proof of every guest. In case of

non -submission of id proof check in may get denied. Club Harison Holidays authority will

not be held responsible for that.

5(e) All rooms in the specified hotels are the basic category rooms.

5(f) Ac will not work in the hotels in hilly and semi-hilly areas.

5(g) You can use Ac in the hotels of hilly and semi-hilly areas with extra charge which you

can directly pay to the hotelier only if the ac is available in those hotels.

5(h) Heater can be used in the hotels of hilly and semi hilly areas with extra charge which

you can directly pay to the hotelier only if the heater is available at that hotel.

5(i) Sometimes Proper toiletries may be available in the hotels of off-beat areas. In that case

it is better to carry those on your own whenever you are traveling to off-beat areas.

5(j) Rooms can be given in any floor of the hotel depending upon the availability.

5(h) Lift facility may not be available in every hotels.

*Below 4 Pax suv can provided which is subjected to extra charge.

Cancellation Policy:

1. 0 % cancellation fee if cancelled 118 days prior to the journey

2. 15% cancellation fee if cancelled 99 days prior to the journey

3. 33% cancellation fee if cancelled 50 days prior to the journey

4. 50% cancellation fee if cancelled 25 days prior to the journey

5. 75% cancellation fee if cancelled 13 days prior to the journey

6. 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days prior to the journey
